As we seek to lead teenagers in the midst of depression and isolation, we must turn to the Bible as our resource for equipping them.
As a parent I can provide spiritual “snacks” on God’s Word throughout the week to supplement the meals of Bible study and worship we enjoy with our church community.
As those who belong to him, he calls us and our teenagers to shine the light of his gospel in the darkness of the world.

This study is meant to engage both the hearts and minds of teenagers and to show them how learning who Jesus is and what he has done changes everything.
I pray God will fill you with the grace to understand how beloved you are and how beautifully he created you. That knowing how he made you, sees you, delights in you, and rescued you will carry you through life and all of its ups and downs. I pray you’ll remember the truth about your heart and your body, and as you do, that you’ll be thankful.
