Three Encouraging Truths for Single Youth Leaders
Differences don’t prevent us from connecting with fellow youth leaders, even if they’re dating or married. They’re our brothers and sisters in Christ, and we’re called to glorify him together.
If you tend to your soul, your church as a whole and the youth ministry will be healthier. A leader’s energy and ambition to change lives, while admirable, can lead to burnout if not kept in check. We are not our students’ savior; Jesus is.

Your students need to know that when they face challenges, God is still worthy of their trust. He’s still in control, and he’s still working. (Is. 46:10; Rom. 8:28).
Through Christ and his Word, we find the wisdom to help our teens navigate the messiness of relationships.
Our students not only need to hear the gospel; they need to experience and receive it.
