You Can’t Do This Alone: Recruiting and Retaining Youth Leaders
We build up leaders so that we have more people pointing students to the true and perfect leader in Christ Jesus
Inviting youth to serve in church ministries helps teenagers feel more connected to their church community—and more seen and known by others—in a time where loneliness and isolation are so often the norm.

Encountering abuse of any kind at church would certainly cause our students to stumble, so our efforts to protect them are part and parcel with the gospel we proclaim.
Our volunteers are our brothers and sisters in Christ, not simply a means to accomplish our ministry agendas and goals.
Jesus’ discipleship strategy involved inviting others to partner with him in order to spread his influence, and he invites us to do the same in our ministries.
Your leadership provides the structure necessary for your volunteers to develop the relationships with students necessary for relational discipleship to happen.
We are called to love and serve our volunteers as we co-labor for the gospel. Consider their care a part of your ministry.
