Yesterday, today, and forever, your Redeemer is alive. Until he stands on earth again, he is working for your redemption.
God promised long ago to restore relationship with us and to redeem all that is broken in our world
We pray your heart will be encouraged and your faith strengthened as you and your teenagers meditate together on the game-changing truth that our God says what he means and means what he says.
May you prepare him room in your hearts, your homes, and your youth ministries this Christmas. God rest ye merry, gentlefolk!
I would offer us all a reminder of the grace and peace of Jesus as we believe that he has already come to us, without invitation.
“You’ve been alone long enough” is the refrain of the Advent season; Jesus is coming.
We participate in all the shopping, festivities, and decorating, treating these things as if they are the foundation of this season, all the while completely forgetting about the gospel.
There is greater joy in being the servant of King Jesus than being served by others, because it is what we were created to do: to glorify, honor, serve, and worship him.
