– A Christ-centered leader with a deep love for students and Scripture.
– Relational, approachable, and passionate about discipleship.
– A strong communicator who can inspire students and volunteers.
– A team player with leadership experience in youth ministry.
– Organized, self-directed, and able to balance fun with spiritual depth.

Preferred: A bachelor’s degree in a related field and prior ministry experience.

Compensation & Support

– Salary range: $50,000–$60,000, depending on experience.
– Benefits package included.
