Alexia B. Borden

With a robust leadership career over the last two decades at three of the largest Birmingham-based companies, Alexia B. Borden currently serves as Executive Vice President at Brasfield & Gorrie. Previously, Alexia served in leadership positions across different divisions and departments at Alabama Power including General Counsel. As a partner at Balch & Bingham, her legal practices on both legislative strategy and ethics laws, as well as environmental law. Alexia holds an MBA from MIT, a JD from The University of Alabama School of Law, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech. Active in community and board roles, she serves on the boards of Coca-Cola Bottling Company United, Birmingham Zoo, and several other organizations.
