Ask the Experts: Resilience in Weary Lands with Tish Harrison Warren

Cameron and Anna welcome very special Rooted friend Tish Harrison Warren to discuss something parents and teenagers need: resilience. Her newest book, What Grows in Weary Lands: On Christian Resilience is a balm for the soul of anyone who has had to persevere through seasons of spiritual dryness, a dullness of spirit or soul, or a season when God seems to be silent and inactive (good news: He is neither, but sometimes it can feel that way for years).

Tish Harrison Warren is a writer and an Anglican priest. Her books include the award-winning Liturgy of the Ordinary and Prayer In the Night. She is a former columnist at the New York Times and Christianity Today. A senior fellow with the Trinity Forum and an assisting priest at Immanuel Anglican Church, Warren lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband and three children.
