In addition to our Board of Directors, Rooted has a Steering Committee that promotes and protects the organization’s mission and vision by directing our communications, programs, and activities. The Steering Committee plays an important advisory role, offering insight and leadership that helps ensure Rooted remains faithful to its purpose and responsive to the needs of churches and families.
Our Steering Committee comprises practicing youth pastors and volunteers, parents of teenagers, and children and family ministers across various geographies, denominations, and ministry contexts. These leaders are instrumental in creating our content, conference, and curriculum for youth pastors and churches.
