Student Pastor Profile:
 Born-again follower of Jesus Christ
 Called to Student Ministry
 Humble, Healthy, Hardworking
 Some theological training and some experience
 Sound theology (complete agreement with the 2000 Baptist Faith & Message)
 Team player
Student Pastor Key Responsibilities:
 Execute the mission of the church through the student ministry
 Shepherd students and families for Grades 7 – College
 Identify and provide ministry opportunities for students
 Build a core team of parents and volunteers to assist in the spiritual development of our
students
 Plan and execute Wednesday and Sunday gatherings for all age groups within the
student ministry
 Work closely with the complete staff team in accomplishing the mission of the church

Student Pastor Salary & Benefits:
 Competitive salary will be based on experience and education
 Housing package to be offered
 Benefits will include medical & life insurance, retirement, vacation & sick days, and
bonuses
 Student Pastor will report to the Senior Pastor
