REQUIREMENTS: A degree in theology, religious studies, counseling, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred. Must be an ordained minister in good standing with a recognized religious denomination, and have experience in pastoral care, spiritual leadership, or a similar role. Experience working in an educational setting, particularly in a boarding school or camp environment is preferred. Applicants will have a strong understanding of and respect for diverse spiritual and religious traditions and have the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders. A proven track record of developing and implementing successful spiritual programs and initiatives is also preferred.
