Eliot Moon

Eliot spent the last decade in youth ministry in both Korean-American and American churches before recently becoming the 4th & 5th Grade Pastor at Mariners Church, where he now applies everything he learned from teenagers to soon-to-be teenagers. He loves crafting unforgettable moments, building teams that actually like each other after retreat week, and helping students develop a faith of their own. He is known for taking youth group games too seriously, sneaking theology into dodgeball, and always having a cup of coffee in hand. He hopes to encourage other youth pastors to stay in it for the long run, trusting that long-term presence makes a lasting difference.
