Eliot Moon

Eliot is the Director of Student Life at Pacifica Christian High School, where he combines his passion for students, ministry, and creating meaningful experiences that help young people grow in their faith. Before joining Pacifica, Eliot spent over a decade serving in both Korean-American and multi-ethnic churches, most recently as a pastor in the Youth and Kids ministries at Mariners Church in Irvine.

Eliot earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Biola University and a Master’s degree from Gateway Seminary. Eliot loves creating unforgettable moments, building teams that genuinely enjoy serving together, and helping students develop a faith that is truly their own. He is passionate about cultivating communities where students are known, challenged, and encouraged to live out their faith with courage and purpose.
