The Junior High Associate Director is a member of the Youth Ministry team at Mitchell Road Presbyterian Church, supporting and helping lead the Junior High Ministry (5th–8th grade). This role focuses on discipleship and programming for middle school female students in partnership with the male Junior High Associate Director, building relationships with students and leaders, and contributing to a collaborative youth ministry team. Together, the Junior High Associate Directors lead the Junior High Ministry under the oversight of the Youth Director. The primary goal is to lead students in becoming lifelong disciples of Jesus Christ—following Him in every area of their lives, growing in their love for Jesus, connecting with the church, and serving their community.
