York Alliance Church (Christian & Missionary Alliance, York, PA) is seeking a full-time Pastor of Student Ministries. Ideal candidates will have previous work experience in both ministry and non-ministry settings, be a self-starter and independent worker, and also work well in a team environment. Candidates should have a high level of spiritual maturity and be capable of providing leadership and vision for a growing ministry. Job requirements will include mentoring and discipleship of both teens and adults, regular Bible teaching, leading and developing a large adult volunteer team, and connecting with students in a variety of settings.
