Briarwood Presbyterian Church PCA in Birmingham, Alabama, is searching for a full-time Youth Pastor to lead and manage its Youth Ministry for grades 7-12 within its congregation of over 3,500 members. The Youth Pastor would be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a complete student ministry to our covenant students, including programming, discipleship, evangelism, outreach opportunities, retreats, and leadership training. This role will also oversee, train, and develop the youth staff team, equip students to worship God, and reach their schools to reach the world for Christ.
