Position Description: Director of Student Ministries
Lake Baldwin Church (PCA), Orlando, Florida
Purpose of position: To lead the youth ministry of Lake Baldwin Church by building into the lives of students in the church and reaching out into the surrounding community.
Reports to: Senior Pastor.
Works closely with: LBC staff, volunteers, and families.
Ministry setting: Lake Baldwin Church is a growing church of 250, located near the heart of Orlando. With 10% of the congregation from Baldwin Park and 90% from around the city, students are spread out among a variety of private and public schools. The core values of the church include an intentional gospel culture and a heart for the city.
