Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead weekly youth & EM group gatherings, including worship, biblical teaching, and small group discussion for middle and high school students.
- Develop and disciple student leaders through one-on-one mentoring and small groups.
- Partner with parents as the primary disciples of their children, communicating regularly and involving families in the vision for youth ministry.
- Represent the youth ministry in Session meetings, staff meetings, and congregational life.

About Us
First Korean Presbyterian Church of St. Louis (PCA) is a Korean-American congregation serving families in the St. Louis metro area. We are a multi-generational church committed to the historic Christian faith as expressed in the Westminster Standards, and we are seeking a Youth Pastor to shepherd the next generation of our church family — many of whom are growing up bilingual and bicultural, navigating both their Korean heritage and American context.
Position Summary
The Next Gen Pastor will provide spiritual leadership, discipleship, and pastoral care for our middle school, high school students, and young adults. This position opens for both full-time and part-time pastoral staff position reporting to the Senior Pastor and working in partnership with the Session (elder board), parents, and volunteer leaders to build a youth ministry rooted in Scripture, prayer, and Christian community.
