The successful candidate will have a passion for discipling children, students, and families while helping create environments where young people can encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and become active participants in the life of the church.

While this position begins as a bi-vocational role, there is potential for expanded responsibilities, increased compensation, and future full-time ministry opportunities as the church continues to grow.

New Hope Fellowship is committed to investing in the right leader through mentorship, ministry coaching, conferences, leadership development, certifications, and theological education opportunities.

Work alongside the Lead Pastor and church leadership team.
Assist with events, retreats, outreach opportunities, camps, and special ministry initiatives throughout the year.
