Zion Selvaraj

Zion serves as Youth Director at First Baptist Church of San Francisco, where she leads the church’s ministry to middle and high school students, overseeing discipleship, teaching, leader development, and ministry programming. She holds both an undergraduate degree and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, with a focus in Corporate Strategy from the Haas School of Business. Her ministry is centered on cultivating deep, gospel-rooted discipleship and helping students develop a lasting faith in Christ through the local church. A missionary kid, Zion was born in India and raised in Amsterdam before making San Francisco her home. Her cross-cultural background and experience serving in an urban, diverse city have shaped both her commitment to missions and discipleship and her heart for equipping the next generation to faithfully live out their faith across cultures and contexts.
