Austin McKee

Austin is a Director in PwC’s Financial Services Deals practice based in NYC and has over 13 years of transaction consulting experience. He focuses on accounting and financial reporting for acquisitions, divestitures, capital raises and other transformational events for insurance and asset management clients.

Austin serves on the Finance Committee for Rooted. His prior board experience includes serving a three-year term as a Trustee and member of the Session at Central Presbyterian Church in NYC where he is a member and community group host. He is married, and has two young daughters.

Austin is a CPA licensed in New York and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Furman University and a Masters of Science in Accountancy from Wake Forest University.
