Mark Howard
Mark Howard serves as Rooted’s Director of Donor Ministry, combining years of professional fundraising, pastoral and youth ministry, and training in biblical and theological education. He is a regular contributor to the Rooted blog and has contributed to many books including: Gospel Centered Youth Ministry (Crossway, 2016), The Jesus I Wish I Knew in High School (New Growth Press, 2021), Longing for Christmas (New Growth Press, 2024), and  God With You: A 52-Week Devotional Through the Whole Bible for Teenagers (Zondervan, 2026). A Bible nerd at heart, Mark has both his B.A. in Biblical Studies and M.A. in Theology from Wheaton College in Wheaton, IL. Mark lives in Covington, GA with his wife and two teenage children.
