- Develop and lead intentional worship experiences that include Sunday school, IGNITE youth gatherings, student-led worship, fellowship opportunities, mission trips, small groups, family relationship experiences, and more.
- Lead and administer the Due West MC confirmation process.
- Develop and manage the annual youth ministries budget and plan and execute the annual youth calendar of events.
- Organize, lead, and manage the annual Pumpkin Patch youth ministries fundraiser.
- Recruit, equip, train, and lead adult volunteers to actively support youth ministries and programs.
- Connect and communicate with parents, families, and local schools to promote youth ministries and outreach through various methods, including social media.
- Support Due West MC Vacation Bible School (VBS) by leading the sixth-grade class.
- Supervise and direct the youth ministry staff in accomplishing the mission and goals of the Due West MC Youth Ministry.
- Manage the responsible stewardship of the property and materials entrusted to the Due West MC Youth Ministry.
- Exercise leadership in Due West Methodist Church by actively participating in services, promoting other ministries, and serving wherever needed.

- Demonstrated strong faith in Jesus Christ.
- A strong foundation in the core values of Due West Methodist Church and demonstrated knowledge of Wesleyan theology.
- Relevant prior experience in youth ministry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and capacity as a productive team player.
- Faithful membership in Due West Methodist Church.
