Experience:
Minimum of two years of youth ministry experience (paid or volunteer)
Education:
Bachelor’s or seminary degree in youth ministry, theology, Biblical studies, or other equivalent youth ministry field experience
Knowledge, Skill, Aptitude, Attitude:
- Some international experience /exposure is required.
- Proficient in English. Knowledge in Chinese language and culture is an advantage.
- Solid foundation of scripture and fundamental Christian doctrines.
- Able to effectively communicate with a multi-cultural, multi-generational, and interdenominational community.
- Be a good team player.
- Flexible, self-motivated, teachable, and organized.
- Ability to recruit, equip, and deploy volunteer teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Maintain a personal relationship with and be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.
