Minimum Qualification
· Personal Character/Ability
o A born-again believer in Jesus Christ who’s life reflects their faith in Christ.
o Meets the qualifications for pastors as described in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1
o Demonstrates the ability to lead others
o Demonstrates ability for teamwork
o Demonstrates an understanding and sensitivity of different life stages
o Models a lifestyle of evangelism and discipleship
· Education/Training
o Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Bible/Christian Ministry
o Willingness to Participate in abuse prevention training (and undergo a criminal background check)
· Prior Experience
o Teaching/Preaching the Scriptures in a church setting
o Participation as a student ministry leader/worker
