Minimum Qualifications
● Four-year college degree or greater. Seminary or formal Bible training preferred.
● Experience leading a student ministry of 100 to 150 students.
● Proven success in the following areas:
o Recruiting, leading and equipping adult volunteers
o Creative and applied Bible teaching to large groups of students utilizing
storytelling and other methodologies
o Implementing and facilitating small group ministries
o Organizing, planning, and administrating student activities such as camps, mission
trips, and retreats - Part-Time or Full-Time: Full-Time
