We are looking for Staff to join our community to implement structure, care for, and mentor our 60 teens throughout a daily schedule. This schedule will consist of therapeutic groups, recreational group activities, outdoor work projects, schooling, and more (example of weekly schedules are available upon request). Staff should perform well under pressure and be skilled in problem solving as they will gain experience in crisis management as crisis situations may occasionally arise.
The applicants should be energetic, motivated, responsible, mature individuals that are unmarried and over the age of 21. This is a in-house position where you live on property with the residents.
