QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a Christ-follower who is committed to living and loving like Jesus Christ.
- Must possess the spiritual gifts of servanthood, teaching, exhortation (encouragement), leadership, administration, and shepherding.
- This leader should show evidence of passion for ministry with youth and deep commitment to the faith formation of youth, prior effective ministry leadership, and evidence of active and growing discipleship.
- Must be able to use technology for ministry effectively and innovatively. ie. Social Media, Website, YouTube, etc.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- The ideal candidate will have a College Degree or experience demonstrating a good understanding of youth.
