We are currently seeking a new English Ministry Pastor to preach weekly, shepherd our English
Congregation, and serve with the Elder Team to lead the overall church. The qualifications for
the candidate include:
1. A man who meets the New Testament qualifications for an Elder
2. Complete agreement with the Church Statement of Faith, the Apostles’ Creed, and our 5
Doctrinal Distinctions
3. An expository preacher
4. Seminary training (MDiv or equivalent)
5. Local church ministry experience
6. Experience in immigrant and/or multicultural churches is preferred
7. Mandarin skills are not necessary, but would enhance the candidate’s ministry
